Associated with a restricted account

Hi,

Has anyone ever had an issue with being restricted from selling because you are living at same address as a member who had been restricted from selling on eBay?  I am confused as to why I would be restricted from selling because a someone else can't sell.  Doesn't seem fair.  Do I have to move in order to sell?  Thank you.

Ebay has linked your account to that of a restricted seller, and with good reason, as you both live at the same address and more than likely use the same Internet service.

Ebay believes that both of those accounts are owned by the same person, and there is no way to convince them otherwise, as for moving...

That won't help you either, if the restriction is an indefinite restriction, your selling days on eBay are over, and it doesn't matter where you live.
