Appeal a defect or feedback

A guy buys a very expensive electronic device from me, probably new $15K. I sell it for $1.29 because in trying to add buy it now after the auction started the reserve price went away. He gets it for $1.29. It was clearly stated that this unit is untested, I've had it, never plugged it in, as is, etc. Warned him in person about how I have no manual, its high voltage circuits are un tested be careful. He got it for $1.29. Then he drives to Texas to get it, simple mission to go down I-35, yet he gets lost in East Texas, I wait around all day for him missing work. Then I chase out into east Texas to find him, his phone minuted "run out", whatver that means, we eventually connect at about 10PM (was supposed to be here 9AM). Transfer teh stuff in Thrall, TX at a gas station, I give them directions to the interstate and go home. Now he had the nerve to give me neutral feedback? I was 100% positive (546-ish) until this guy. What can I do to fix my feedback?
