App profile and new listings

I have been having problems with the mobile app like when new listings are done (on app) they don't show up when "newest listings" is searched. Also my profile page is not showing up.

I have uninstalled and installed the app as well as updates. 

Its starting to make me think low sales might be related to mobile app issues.
