Anyone else having weekly to daily problems?

Anyone else having weekly to daily problems with their eBay seller account? I have to contact customer service almost daily.  Constant difficulty. Started looking for a lawyer today. Watch list functions did not work. Could not list or revise listings for months. Exited credit card date filled in permanently. Cannot buy postage off and on. Items in store moving into wrong store categories, items disappearing entirely and not in unsold section. International mail service returning orders that were never processed and sent to the other country. That is just some of it. Tired of this **bleep**. Any suggestions?
