Anybody else have a problem with recent changes to Top Rate Seller metrics?

Wow - they are really trying to get Top Rated sellers off. First there is the shipping problems. Buyers can't request an invoice - regardless of the method used to do so - Error says for the seller to contact Ebay. Ebay tells me that the policy is that buyers can not order more than 10 items per order. Sellers must also ship their items according to the recommendation of the sellers. So, if they have 10 items and it is less expensive to ship by Priority, you can't unless you want to get gigged on the fact that you did not input the tracking number on each of the 10 items. One is not enough. Also, it is not possible to input a tracking number on the other nine items. You can only select paid and shipped - still an error for no tracking number. This entire "change" restricts commerce. They wanted me to ship 10 separate packages to my seller. I chose to give my seller a shipping refund instead. Ebay wanted the fee no doubt on the separate packages. My sellers help me pay my bills - not Ebay. Ebay costs me.  Now, I have been a top rated seller for several years and I have been with Ebay since 2007.  Bottom line is we, Ebay and I, will both lose money on these "policy" issues which includes the top rated seller changes they put into effect the last month or so. I hope that change their minds on my status. I have even sent them screen shots but now, customer service can no longer see my communications with my buyers which would explain a lot. It is for "my privacy." I think not. They just don't seem to care for either our buyers or their sellers. Their "policy" positions are constantly changing and the sellers are seldom advised of the changes.
