Address in Delaware but Based in Ukraine? Should I send?

I've never had this issue and I've been doing research but I'm nervous about a potential scam. Can anyone help me?

I'm selling an eBay item. The buyer paid through PayPal and the money is pending in my PayPal account because I'm a new seller. This person gave a Deleware address but they're based in the Ukraine. I've talked to PayPal and they say it's okay to ship the item because I have the money, but I'm still worried. The company this person has listed is EasyXpress and I've read other reports about them.

Has anyone sold something to this company and had issues? Should I ship the item or should I cancel this transaction and refund them? I'm worried I could get scammed in future, but PayPal says it's okay.

Please advise.

The buyer is using a reshipper-completely legit.You ship to address on order they forward to buyer often w other items buyer has bought.Your only responsible for item to the address on order,once reshipped buyer loses buyer protection
