Adding best offer to listing

I have a product listed and I want to send offers to people watching.  Read i need to have best offer option.  It's already listed how can I add that

On an Auction listing, you can have either "Buy It Now" or "Best Offer"

You could revise your listing to remove the "Buy It Now" and add "Best Offer"

Once you get a bid, you won't be able to revise the listing.
