First of all, contact EBay is like walking from the US to England under water. EBay apparently, thinks they are so perfect that you don't need to contact them. WIth the risk of being kicked off, I want to critize EBay about two things. Then if they want to kick me off, so be it.
#1. I hate with a passion deceptive advertising. It's all over EBay, especially with the iPhones. Advertising them for $167 but when you pick the phone you want, even if you pick the exact phone as it was listed, the price may got to $400.
#2. Some time ago, I had a purchase with a seller. They were BIG sellers and knew what they were doing. I was offered a partial refund because of an issue I had. They kept putting me off and asking me to be patient and to wait. Finally I decided I'd had enough, but they were laughing because they had strung me along to the point that I could leave the negative feedback that they so deserved.
Of course I tried to contact ebay but they don't have time for small potatoes like me. The big seller fill ebays coffers so they would rather protect and let the little guy like me leave.
