Account lost

I can't access my account to sell. Being asked for my Bank account, with a question I have no idea what they are talking about. I've been selling on here since 2000.  They are asking questions I have no idea what they are talking about. And, I can't get in contact with them. This is really getting frustrating. I've been a seller on here for 20 years.  This crazy. They have my bank account number and code. I don't know what they are asking for.
