Account info update

eBay is demanding I update my account. I have uploaded my license three times and it still tells me I need to add this info. Anyone else having this issue?

I was asked to upload driver's license, bank statement and cancelled check 2 years after I was already in Managed Payments.  Can't remember how long it took for ebay to accept it.  Maybe you just need to wait a bit longer.
