All:
I am in need of advice. I have been on ebay for a long time (more than 10 years), and 99.9999% I am a buyer. I was out of town last week travelling and logged in to see if something I have ordered arrived or not, This is when I noticed a mail from eBay and a buyer that I have an unsolved case. I do not know how but someone advertised some cosmetics, the money arrived to my PP, but never transferred to my bank account (that is connected to PP). Buyer, evidently, never received anything from me, as I have never advertised anything! I contacted buyer, ebay and PP. PP pointed to ebay, ebay pointed to PP, now there is no even e-mail to send a mail, or phone number to call. And it is all about $9.39. Buyer submitted a negative feedback, I explained her what happened, she was understanding. My PP showed negative balance (not sure why, when it is connected), I transferred money to cover it, but evidently, from the US to the US it takes 4-5 days for the money to shows up on PP from a bank account that is connected for years? ebay CS is sending me message to identify the item number, etc. I did. So, they took off $10.63 from my account (instead of $9.39 - which I have never even seen as PP positive balance) to refund the buyer. Ebay and PP say they refunded the buyer, buyer says she closed her account (and that she was scammed), and will not remove the negative feedback, and sent me two messages not to bother her anymore (I requested an automatic feedback removal). When I discovered this listed item, I immediately changed my password, and have a code sent to my cell phone to log in to ebay. Hence, today by accident I discovered two more items listed on my account. I really don't know what to do. These is small amount ($10.63), but what is next time someone lists a Ferrari under my name?! Is there any way that I can block my account NOT to sell anything from it??? I would hate to lose this, since I have been working on it for a long time. I don't have the time to log in every single day and check whether someone is listing something under my name. Is there any way that ebay can see the IP address where the items listed from (and the IP addresses where I am logging in from)? There should be!
Sorry about being long and maybe vague, but I am totally upset for being punished for something I did not commit.
Thank you.
