Account disabled from listing new items or editing items for 30 days

I am not exactly understanding this. My confusion is that the item i'm selling, a million other people are selling but I keep getting in trouble for it. So I relisted just because, well, a ton of other people were selling them with ease. It is a dexcom g5 g4 receiver kit. My father asked me to sell diabetic supplies he had extra of after he noticed that people were selling them on ebay, so I have done that. Ebay first restricted me for a little battery powered transmitter that shouldn't have violated anything. 

Anyways, I'm looking for a simple answer here. Can I get this 30 day thing removed? What little income I get is from ebay, so I'm really trying to figure this out.
