If one of those is a Global Shipping order, and it hasn't reached the hub in Kentucky yet, you may be able to stop it and have it returned to you.
Separately, for USPS purposes that is a domestic intercept too.
This is the reply we got from intlshipping@ebay on a similar problem recently:
Items that have already reached the Hub cannot be stopped and returned to the Seller. Only orders that are cancelled during the domestic leg, prior to being delivered to the Hub can be cancelled and at that time an automated notification is sent to the Hub were it is relabeled and returned to the Seller.

You will have to instruct your buyers to file a not as described refund request. Then you send the money to the international buyers paypal account to pay return shipping.
You refund the buyers when you get the items back then they buy the items again if they are still interested
