Accepting Returns???

Hi. I am in a situation where my buyer wants to return an item because it "doesn't fit". I kindly stated I would not be able to accept your return. The item was not damaged or defective and the listing accurately described the item. My return policy is for 14 days and only for damaged /defective items usually for a replacement. I have not had any problems until this issue came up. The buyer must not have read the item description. If (s)he did both of her problems could have been eliminated. It's like to can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink. It's not my fault the buyer failed to read all the information provided. I am frustrated because it seems like the buyer always gets their way, somehow. Any advice?? I want to stick to my guns because I am in the right but then it could come back on my and look bad too. How would you handle the return situation?? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
