Accept return or issue full refund?

Just a quick question i sold a dvd set and the buyer clams it wasnt described properly which i admit i didnt read the "like new" description when I listed it however in the pictures I provided you can clearly see any damage (warped plastic on the DVD case of one of the items) anyway thats not the issue i realise that I can't really dispute this even tho I list as no returned accepted bc of the eBay money back guarantee, again this was my mistake so i have no problem returning his money. My question is just that he opened a return and I have a few options 2 of which idk which to chose from, the option to, Accept the return or issue a full refund, my question is if I accept the return will it automatically refund him before he sends the item back or will it send him a shipping label and I can issue the refund later? bc I don't want to issue a refund until I have received my item back, I've never delt with a return before so I'm not sure what to do

Accept the return, this will issue a Return Prepaid Shipping Label to the buyer to return the item.  If you issue a refund now, that will end the case and no return label can be issued.
