Abusive buyer

I sent item to buyer and it was exactly as described. The buyer wasnted me to "do something" with the price because she claimed it wasn't as desribed. I told her to return the item for a full refund yet she chose not to do so. I offered her a full refund 3 times telling her if she wasn't satisfied to return item because I wasn't going to make I price adjustment since there was nothing wrong with the item. I suspect that the buyer assumed i wouldn't offer full refund and that wasnt what they wanted. She just wanted the item discounted. Now the buyer has left terrible feedback, totally inconsistent with my other feedback. Can't I get it removed.
