A fraudulent activity - need to stop asap

Hi All,

Recently I came across the following ad and even I bought the item to check how it goes. After making PayPal payment, I realized the money went to Russian email server, while the item location is in CA. Basically this laptop goes in market for $2,000 and this seller selling for $39 and I think more than 50 people bought this item. I am almost positive that it is a big scam.

I took courage and reported the item, but could not see how I can explain clearly to eBay. The listing for reporting gives few options and there is no option to add comments. The buyers account looks good, looking into the feedback, but I learnt all those feedbacks are from last year. It could be that the eBay account is hacked and someone from different country is operating for their fraudulent activity.
