70 edited $14 fee. ripoff

I edited all my 70 listings on my ebay site as I usually do, in bulk, but this time I was charged $14 fee for it and I was doing it fast that I relized it after 

clicking OK. 

Is there any way to revise the editing and get the $14 back?

I would never edit my listings if I new it would be $14 fee. 

This is so unfair from Ebay, I cant even send them email and explain.

They only have call option and i dont have all day to spend on the phone.
