3rd request !! Sold/delivered/feedbacked items remaining on ready to ship list.

I have two items that I've not been able to get off my ready to ship list. No "help" seems to be available...this is my 3rd input to have them removed.

They were shipped a month ago.

They were reported shipped.

Feedback was done.

They are still on the ready to ship list in "my ebay".

Would someone on ebay please have them removed !!!

You need to mark the items as shipped using the option in the Action dropdown next to the transaction, and/or enter the tracking #s.
