Does anyone else have a issue with the same 12 plus % fees on sales between .01 to $2500.  A $19 sale gets the same charge as one of $2500....I would think a graduated % is more fair in percentage increments. Any comments?

It really doesn't matter much what a seller thinks is fair. This is eBay's website and they set the fee structure.
