Hi! I have 2 gold gilt Asian paintings. Can anyone tell me approx age and also how would you spell the name? Is it C. Cheung? I've tried the trusty google and couldn't find anything. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Need help reading emblem on old brass Chinese box.

I'm not sure what type of script this is or what it reads. It's on top of a wood lined brass box probably made in the early 1900s. I think it's a tobacco box. Not sure if that's what it's used. Thanks for any help.
