I got this for dirty cheap at a garage sale. It is captivating. Large panel of glass turns in a wooden frame, and actually detaches from it. The picture is of two dogs and upon closer examination it is not painted but made with shiny threads, presumably silk. I have tried to research but hard to do when I don't know what it is. Owner knew nothing about it except his parents had it. Any information is welcome!
