Help with identifying small pot/ vessel Chinese?

I have not seen this kind of pot before. It is heavy for it's size has a tiny spout and no opening for a lid only a very small hole. Since it has a spout I am assuming whatever it is meant to hold is poured into this hole and you would beed a funnel to do it. Is it Chinese?

it looks like  a water dropper for calligraphy/ink painting, you pour water into the hole and pour it out to mix black ink.

could be Japanese or Korean, most Japanese ones are made of metal,so this could be Korean, not old,my guess
