1. Can someone tell me in normal time when the eBay day starts and ends (East Coast - non-military time...I am really bad with all that)

2. Also, what the heck happened to the eBay elves? Weren't they supposed to be leaving bold print clues throughout the board to point folks in the right direction?

If you live on the East Coast and it is 3:00 then it is 12 noon at ebay time. They are 3 hours behind the east coast.
