double spouted brass kettle/pot

I have come across this item ...ive googled it but haven't found info about it...can anyone help identity what it could be???

Since you posted this in two places, I will answer in both.

I appears to be a brass Lavabo / Laver, which is used for ritualistic washing of the hands. I cannot tell from the photo if the terminals are formed in the shape of animals (zoomorphic) or if they are unadorned.

Are there any maker marks or stamps on it? Do you know any of its history?
