What a nice statement piece. I don't recognize the maker, but it does remind me a bit of Juliana's creations. For key words i might try something like "Vintage Statement Rhinestone Gold Amber Multi-Link Chain Necklace Pendant" including the brand name if you find it, of course. Good luck!

Or possible use the phrase Chain mail or chain male, seen it spelled both ways on jewelry sites. Also seen it as chain maile. It kinda looks like that type of design. I don't know if that helps at all. Try doing a google image search couldn't hurt.
