Yes the same thing is happening to me I read on one discussion board that if they don't have their payment information it just goes back as an offer. The problem I have I don't believe this has been explained well to buyers because so far, I have emailed the buyers, and they seem to be confused, I believe I am loosing some business because of this. I have a very little problem with people not paying on the offer system. I just wish they would stop making little changes on this platform it just seems to cause problems each time.
