No, that is a scam website, and it's dangerous.
Did someone ask you to sign up there, and tell you that you would be employed by eBay and eBay would pay you to post product reviews? This is a scam, and they are setting you up to cheat you and steal from you. Very soon, you are going to be asked to pay the scammers, in order to be able to withdraw your "pay".
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back.
