Bids and Offers page is working for me using eBay app version 6.69.0.1.

Thanks for reporting this. We are looking into this. In the meantime you should be able to access this in the mobile or full website.

I just downloaded/installed 6.69.0.1, and it's STILL not working as of 22 July 2022...

Anytime I select "Bids & Offers" from the hamburger menu on the left, it TRIES to open the appropriate section. But then it just crashes and restarts the app..

This is the first time I've ever experienced this problem after using the app for years...

My phone:

Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G

My version of Android:

12 (kernel 4.19.113)

Hello! A fix will be in the next update but for now, try logging into a desktop browser and check to see if you have offers. If so, and there is a duplicate offer, remove it from the offers list and then things should work like normal in the app.
