Spring Swap

We have been doing 4 Swaps a year, one for each season. Today is the start of our Spring Swap. This one is going to be different then our normal swaps. Its simple and easy to do. You may sign up only 2 times and this will be a direct swap with the person who is your partner. We had a suggestion from  Lisa awhile back on an idea she had, so we are going to incorporate it in this swap. when you are given your partners name you will send them a ACEO that you have not finished. It could be one you started and just couldn't figure out how to finish, or you can start one and leave it unfinished. You will send this ACEO to your partner who in turn will send you one of theirs. When they are done everyone can post them to see the results.

    1.Post your name and email address in this thread

    2.Swap is open from 5-7-13 to 5-17-13 at which time it will be locked

    3.On 5-18-13 list of partners will be posted

Do not sign up if you can not follow through.

Chuck, no you keep the finished piece and then you post a picture of the final results. You need to take a before scan and then an after one so we can see what you added.

I'm going to close the thread today and I will have a list of partners tomorrow. I'll post the list in this thread and give instructions on how to exchange with your partner.

Here is the list of partners. You will find your name opposite the person who is your partner. Please email them for an address, when you get the address  you will mail them an unfinished ACEO and they will send you one. When you have finished it then post the finished one in this thread and it will be yours to keep. IF for some reason your name is not on the list it was because you did not comply with the instructions . Hope everyone enjoys this swap.

Joy, I'm sorry but you didn't include an email address as stated in the rules. I'm trying to make things as simple as possible for people so in order to do so if someone didn't follow instructions to be fair to everyone who did I had to leave your name off the list.

I have been griping forever that no matter how many times I tell the Ebay log in to remember me  -- it doesn't apply to the Groups -- even when I'm logged into my Ebay account.

Yay!  Something happened and now it automatically logs me in.

Received a wonderful Swap card today from Sherry Goeben -- Fine Art Paintings.

Her catch word is "Realism is My Specialty" -- love it.
