We got this answer from resolution center on our message about return request. But we have a problem in another case. We didn't receive no item from supplier so we can't send it back. We just want to get our money back. How can we do this?

You must send the item back to the seller by Mar 09, 2017 to be eligible to receive a refund. You can either print the label on eBay from the Resolution Center or use your own label and submit the tracking information in your case in the Resolution Center. If you use your own label, you may not be reimbursed for the return shipping. Once the item has been returned to the seller, you will be issued a refund. The seller's shipping address and shipping instructions are available in the Resolution Center. Please remember to submit your tracking information by Mar 09, 2017.
If you didn't receive the item, you've opened the wrong kind of case. You need to close the return case, as it will do nothing for you. Then you need to go to the Resolution Center through the link at the bottom of this page, select "I haven't received the item yet", and follow instructions.
