eBay Customer Support has made a final decision about my case. and they said to me:
'You must ship the item by either printing an eBay label, or use your own label with tracking information and submit the tracking information in the Resolution Center. Once the item has been delivered to the seller, we will process your refund for the full amount. The seller's shipping address and shipping instructions are available in the Resolution Center. Please remember to submit your tracking information by Oct 10, 2015.'
Actually, this is not a solution. because I didnt take any item. problem is this. I took an empty envelope. I cannot ship the item. Please refund my money.
