Today we announced how we are evolving the ways we encourage Buyers to leave feedback in the eBay app. Also making important information about Sellers’ brands and businesses more visible to buyers. You can learn more about that here, feel free to review and post any questions you may have below!

Yes.  In Mercari if a buyer does not leave a feedback and has received the item, I am paid and the app gives me positive feedback.

Please do not solicit feedback from buyers, especially using estimated delivery times. This can result in asking for feedback before an item is delivered. “Badgering” buyers for feedback is not in the best interest of sellers, and in the case of delivery delays could result in significant increases in negative feedback.
