Wow, eBay is cutting the discount for TRP Sellers in half! We are in the business of selling musical instruments and the margins are already razor thin. Like many, many other sellers in our category, we have been selling more and more on Reverb. Reverb has much lower rates, effortless access to real people willing to help, and they don't try to tell us how to run our business.
eBay likes to tell us that they are striving to enhance the buyer's experience. We have 100% positive feedback and it isn't because eBay is watching over us. It's because we genuinely care about our customers.
I wonder if eBay has 100% satisfaction from its customers?
