This seller is scamming eBay.

I bought a used Huawei Mate 20 Pro  The phone was in a good condition, but when I used the phone I found the phone was defective. I opened an item isn't as described case, and the they accepted the return immediately. After they received the phone, they refunded me only 50% of my money saying that because the phone was not new anymore and had scratches although the phone was listed as used when I bought it. I took photos for the phone before I shipped it back  and these photos prove the phone has no scratches. I called eBay about the case and they refunded me the remain amount of money from their own pocket. But as  a buyer and seller on eBay, and because I love this website, I hate to see sellers take advantage of eBay, and I want to help eBay to spot these non honest sellers. I will upload all my evidence here to show you this seller is a lier including the phone's photos and the listing that shows the phone was opened already.
