postage due

last week I got a postage due on my trading cards. The local post office said the envelopes were classified as packages. These envelopes have one card in them. I am being charged 2 to 3 dollars per envelope. Does anyone else have this problem?

usps not scanning in items picked up from house or business

Anyone having trouble with USPS not scanning items in? We have 15 packages missing from one day alone. march 1 and nothing, no one calls back, not one helps us. IDK how to make a claim if they never scanned them in?
