usps not scanning in items picked up from house or business

Anyone having trouble with USPS not scanning items in? We have 15 packages missing from one day alone. march 1 and nothing, no one calls back, not one helps us. IDK how to make a claim if they never scanned them in?

Without an acceptance scan, there's no proof USPS took possession of the packages, so not much you can do.
