Hello, the camers button is no longer appearing when listing. Camera permission is turned on and i have un/reinstalled the app. HELP

Final Value Fee

Hopefully someone can help answer this. Sold a BOOK for 35.99. Final value fee (according to ebay) is $4.71. My math 35.99 says 12% of that is 4.32. So why is my fee 4.71? Thanks, Erik
