ebay search for my active items 'find' in my inventory filter now missing so I have to go through entire list of items to find one item to revise etc.

If a buyer buys an item without reading the measurements and admits this in a message and apologises for not reading it, is it correct for him to state the item was not as described correctly as the reason for return? I don't see why I have to refund...

I list many furniture items which go by private courier. I'm listing now and all I can find is an option for parcel companies. I click on 'freight' but doesn't add to my listing
