In the item description seller say to contact for any question but the link to contact seller say the seller don't answer question. What can I do

I'd like to give good feedback to a seller who accepted to cancel an order, but since the order ins't in my purchase history I can't see any other way to do so. Is there an other way to leave feedback. Thanks
