I am enrolled ebay's international shipping program, but still being
charged international fees.the ebay international ship program policy
clearly states no international fees charges for sellers who are
enrolled.
my buyer bought & already paid for item. then sent a note that she
wanted to pay extra for added insurance. How do I re-invoice to her
after she's already paid original invoice? thank you!
My buyer asked for quicker/more expensive shipping to hawaii, but after
paying the higher cost with the item, i found a lower priced option and
would like to partially refund the buyer...how do i do this? (Thank
