So I shipped an item. he has failed to get it. when PayPal refunds him
the money do I keep the shipping money. because if I don't it will be a
loss for me.
I Do have the tracking number. He just has not picked it up and I don't
want to pay for shipping and have the item sent back to me. I did adult
signature so I don't get scammed. Tracking says 2 delivery attempts to
his house was made.
So I sent the item to his address with eBay. It says that no one at the
house opened the door or business closed. It's already been 2
deliveries. I put insurance on it and for adult signature so I Don't get
