In the seller hub page There is a box that says "promotional offers" It
breaks down your free lists used/available. If you do not see it, you
can customize your Seller hub (top right corner) and add it.

It's not really worded. At the top were it says "today's feedback" It
shows one positive and one neutral. But, the feedback page does not show
