I am trying to find clear concrete answers to FIX a listing problem . Call Ebay wait 20-45 minutes and get a representative that puts you on hold while they research. NO Solution! Does anybody have a way to get knowledgeable customer support quickly?

We have found several of our listing that have been changed altered by Ebay. Items on sales promotion are deleted or changed. Promoted listing are ignored.How do we fix the errors in the listings (bulk edit does not work)?

What is the advantage to attend the ebay open in July?We are really on the fence about Ebay.Thanks

All of a sudden Ebay sales just stopped. Anybody else experienceing this?
