The update to the 'Refund the Buyer' page is another example of very
very poor decision making from ebay management. They appear to lack any
understanding whatsoever of how people actually use their site.
Jasmen,It does not appear that anyone at eBay is listening. The new
listing tool is some of the worst web design I have ever encountered.
Why would eBay management choose to force this on users?
