I too have been having the problem for about a week now. None of the
options listed have worked for me. Strange little bug to have in the
system. Makes me somewhat concerned what other software bugs they have
that they are unable to get under control...
I am not sure why, but I was never notified of this message board having
other responses. I am not sure if it had "solid brass" stamped under the
hardware. I am however certain that it sold to someone who inspected it
prior to purchase and was thrill...
