So I got an email and it seemed like I had to sign up for managed payments - without realizing I didn't have too...I started to sign up. I do not want managed payments - how do I opt out of this?

Ok, everyone - it's been over a year since I've been an active seller and I want to put some items I have in my store on a sale this weekend.How do I do that? It used to be so easy to but I can't seem to figure this one out....All help is appreciated...
