To my dismay and total astonishment tonight, I noticed that eBay had
some of my items to offer free returns. Had to go in and change them. Be
careful when you list. Apparently, eBay sometimes makes changes you
don't know about.

That's correct, and I told the agent that these are collectible plates
from 1995, and that they have over 11,000 Texas plates up for auction
right now. She said then, they are every one in violation and eventually
will be removed. Can't win!
