Shipped a 28 pound box of baseballs via FedEx. Buyer emailed ebay saying
a “one pound, empty package” was received. Buyer requesting full refund.
As a seller I have never dealt with this. Can I please have some

Hello, My shipper (UPS) can't verify or "find" the address to ship a

Wow, really? Dang, so like you said earlier, just approve the return and
likely receive nothing back? If and when does the buyer receive their
“refund”?
