Completed purchase cannot be removed, all past transactions cannot be removed from OS app

Mac OS Desktop and Mac OS App: I cannot hide completed purchase transaction (some I can, others eBay will not allow) ... fix this. Mac OS App: my purchases display the past year of transactions. I do not want this, nor did I ask for this.
